1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use RTC. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a user under 18.
2. Your Conduct
You are solely responsible for your own behavior on and off the app, including during any run or meeting arranged through RTC. You agree to:
- Treat other users with respect at all times.
- Use your real identity and photos — no fake, impersonated, or misleading profiles.
- Never harass, threaten, or endanger another user.
- Meet matched partners only at the suggested safe, public locations.
- Comply with all applicable local laws while using the app or meeting a match.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on RTC:
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive conduct toward other users.
- Creating fake, duplicate, or impersonated profiles.
- Soliciting money, commercial services, or unrelated advertising through the app.
- Any illegal activity conducted through or facilitated by the app.
4. Assumption of Risk
Meeting new people and physical exercise carry inherent risks. RTC facilitates introductions and suggests safe public meeting points, but you assume full responsibility for your safety and decisions when meeting or running with another user. Always use your best judgment and meet in public places.
5. The App "As Is"
RTC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that matches will meet any particular standard. We do not perform background checks on users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTC and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any interaction with another user or attendance at a suggested meeting point.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RTC at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
